Many foreigners will be of retirement age in their home country – they often bring decades of business knowledge – skills – expertise that could be productively deployed in the Philippines.

They also bring access to business capital – either Debt (loans) and/or Equity (investment). To utilize their ‘assets’ – they need Filipino/a Partners who know/understand the local market.

- they are typically focused on enterprises with the economic capacity of 1 to 25 Jobs - now or in the future. There are a gazillion small niche opportunities – from crafts producers – specialty clothing sewing – portable lunch vendors outside industrial complexes – various greenhouse and hydroponics food producers – Sasso chicken growers – and the list just goes on and on.
